I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. I have played high school, college, semi-professional and have played in professional academies in England. As a certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach, I love being a coach and helping be a part of a young athlete’s journey to chasing their dreams. I have been blessed to have great coaches and mentors help me build foundational characteristics that have helped me find success not only on soccer but life as well.
Legends Performance is a company I created to help prepare athletes for any opportunity that they may be presented with. Whether it is with nutrition, the gym, or on field training. I love soccer and what the game has brought to my life, and the happiness it brings. If I’m not playing or coaching soccer I’m golfing or playing video games.
